Hello. Welcome to our site. It's so nice to meet you. Kim Kennedy owns and manages Kim Kennedy and Associates, a Dream Vacations Franchise, with her partner, Josh Echelbarger. We love our basset hounds, Magnolia and Wrigley, and we have a passion for travel. We decided to combine the two and create vacation hounds, also known as Kim Kennedy and Associates/Dream Vacations. Together, we will sniff out the best deals we can find for all of your travel needs. You can find information on our site about deals, information for first time travelers and for those traveling with pets.
We also hope you will join our Facebook group, Travel Talk with Kim Kennedy and Associates/Dream Vacations. This is a place where we talk about all things travel. Our goal is to hold a monthly Travel Tuesday, where we talk about specific destinations and what can be done there, or a specific kind of travel, such as cruises, safaris, rail journeys, or any other type of travel you can think of. We also offer giveaways, host virtual travel parties, and give people a chance to ask questions and have fun in a relaxed environment.
Kim's experiences as a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer gave her a passion for sustainable development and an awareness of the need to help others, including the most vulnerable among us. Ten percent of the proceeds of each sale are donated to the charity of the clients choice, in their name. If someone booking with us doesn't have a preference, we have a rotating list of charities focused on sustainable development. These include Basset Hound Rescue of Georgia, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Family Promise, and various other organizations focused on empowering girls and women to be leaders in our world.
